• Haus of Fidi guarantees all of our work. If you are not happy with your results, we will make it right. There are no refunds for services received. Retail may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Walk-ins Welcome
• We'd love to see you! While we welcome walk-ins, we can't always guarantee immediate service. To ensure you get the best experience at a time that suits you, please call or book online.
• Arrival and Appointments
• We're proud of the services and experience we offer. To help us serve you better, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
• Booking and Cancellations
• To reserve your appointment, we'll need a credit card on file. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Without proper notice, your appointment will be considered a "no show."

🌿 1st No Show: A 50% deposit will be required for future bookings.

🌿 2nd No Show: Your credit card will be charged for the remainder balance of the booked services.

• Confirmation and Responsibility
• As a courtesy, we'll text or email you 72 and 24 hours before your appointment to confirm. If you don't receive a confirmation, it's still your responsibility to notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
