MUTUAL RESPECT

To reserve your appointment, we'll need a credit card on file. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Without proper notice, your appointment will be considered a "no show."

- 1st No Show: A 50% deposit will be required for future bookings.

- 2nd No Show: Your credit card will be charged for the remainder balance of the booked services.

Missed appointments without enough notice prevent other clients from booking those times.

MAKING CONECTIONS

We'd love to see you! While we welcome walk-ins, we can't always guarantee immediate service. To ensure you get the best experience at a time that suits you, please call or book online.

As a courtesy, we'll text or email you 72 and 24 hours before your appointment to confirm. If you don't receive a confirmation, it's still your responsibility to notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

PAYMENTS + REFUNDS

All listed prices reflect a cash discount. Non-cash payments (credit/debit cards and Afterpay) are subject to a 4% standard adjustment to cover processing costs.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and Afterpay for payment of services and products.

Gratuities are welcomed in cash or may be added to your total when paying by card.

There are no refunds on services performed.

Products purchased in-store are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

OUR HAPPINESS PROJECT

Our goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

PLUS ONE

We encourage you to use this time to pamper yourself and relax. If you plan to bring a plus one, please know that space is limited in treatment areas and they may not be able to accompany you for your service.

To ensure the health and safety of our staff and guests, pets are not permitted to accompany you at Haus of FIDI. Certified service animals are welcome – please let us know ahead of time if your service animal will be joining you so that we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate you both.

PRIVATE SERVICES

We recognize and respect your right to privacy. If for any reason you would like to book an appointment outside of our regular service hours, without other guests in the salon, please reach out so that we can make a plan to best serve you.

CHAT OR CHILL

Would you like to relax without chit-chat during your appointment? Silent appointments are just like regular appointments, but we will only talk with you during consultation about your service.

What you can expect during your silent appointment - You’ll receive the same amazing service without feeling the need to fill the silence. You will have a thorough consultation prior to starting, we will do periodic check-ins to keep you briefed on the process and ask for your input at the end to allow for adjustments and to confirm that you love your service.

Why we offer them - We understand that not everyone wants to socialize during an appointment. Regardless of your reason, there is no need to explain or feel apologetic. We want you to feel comfortable and get the most out of the time you've carved out for yourself.

How can you book a silent appointment? - When you book your services online, just leave us a note requesting a silent appointment. If you call, simply tell us you prefer a silent appointment. There is no charge for choosing a silent appointment. You can choose a silent appointment just once or request one every time - Your comfort is our priority.
